    This legislation is awaiting the Governors signature, as of June 6, 2011.

    On Saturday, May 24, 2011 at 10:45 p.m. the Tennessee Legislature adjourned, sine die. However, in the wee hours of the last day of the legislative session, PCI was successful in amending the summary judgment law back to the pre-Hannon decision.
