    Recent reports indicate that alleged violations of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act ("PDA") are on the increase. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's ("EEOC") Charge statistics reflect that charges alleging pregnancy discrimination filed with the agency increased by 14% last year which was the largest increase in 13 years.
