Mr. Rust is an associate in the Knoxville office whose practice focuses primarily on general liability and workers' compensation.

While in law school, Mr. Rust served as a Senior Staff Member on the John Marshall Law Journal.  Additionally, he was a member of the 2007-2008 Moot Court Board.  In 2008, he was the receipient of the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Employment Discrimination Law.
