Ms. Kelley serves a wide range and number of clients in the insurance defense litigation area, including workers' compensation defense, products liability defense, employment defense, and other areas of insurance defense.  Ms. Kelley is admitted and practices in Tennessee state courts and federal district courts.

Representative Client Work

Ms. Kelley's practice covers the broad realm of insurance defense litigation, including the representation of national companies as well as smaller local businesses and employers.

She has tried numerous cases, obtaining favorable verdicts for employers and corporations in the areas of workers' compensation, products liability, and premises liability in Tennessee.  She also successfully defended a nationwide manufacturer in a products liability case tried by a jury in federal court.

Ms. Kelley has further drafted and argued a substantial number of dispositive motions, working to obtain swift resolution for her clients whenever possible in the areas of workers' compensation, tort liability, and employment law.
