Brad Hearne is an associate in the Nashville office whose primary area of practice is general civil litigation.

Brad graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law with both academic and pro-bono honors.  At the College of Law, he served as the Student Representative to the American Bar Association, a Research Assistant to Professor Carol Mutter, and Executive Editor of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law.

Prior to attending law school, Brad worked in the field of asset management and valuation, beginning as a Financial Analyst with Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Brad is a Mortar Board and Omicron Delta Kappa graduate of Rhodes College.  At Rhodes, he served as a Student Representative to the Board of Trustees and President of the NCAA Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.  Brad also played linebacker on the varsity football team.  He was named Academic All- Conference four times, All- Conference twice, and finished his career as one of the leading tacklers in school history.
