Brian A. Kuhn is an associate in the Memphis office whose practice primarily focuses on general civil litigation.

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Kuhn received his Bachelor of Science in Communications from Emerson College.  While at Emerson, he studied filmmaking and speech communications.  He obtained his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.

Before joining LWDN, Mr. Kuhn worked principally in the areas of trade secret and securities litigation.  In that capacity, he participated in representing commercial banks in disputes related to the subprime mortgage crisis of 2007-2009.
