Ms. Ware is an associate in the Chattanooga office.
Ms. Ware has a diverse practice ranging from high dollar permanent and total disability and complex litigation asbestos related litigation and multi-million dollar medical malpractice, wrongful death and catastrophic illness/injury cases to routine personal injury cases, estate planning, employment discrimination, premise liability, defamation & invasion of privacy and other tort related litigation. Prior to law school, Ms. Ware was a practicing nurse for 20 years and frequently draws on this experience in her practice.
Ms. Ware currently serves as a member of the Fee Dispute Resolution Committee for the Chattanooga Bar.
She is also a member of the hiring committee where she focuses her attention on diversity in hiring and retention initiatives.
