Mr. Dooley has been frequently invited to present seminars on Tennessee Workers' Compensation and liability law to employers, human resource professionals, and insurance adjusters all over the United States, and began seminar activity when invited to present his Workers' Compensation in Tennessee" overview to the National Business Institute in 1988 and 1989.  He is also the author of the Tennessee chapter of the American Law Firm Association's bi-annual Workers' Compesnation Law:  A State-by-State Analysis since 2000.
