J. Jeffrey Lee is an associate in the Memphis office whose practice primarily focuses on general civil litigation.

While in law school, Mr. Lee served as Associate Editor of The New York City Law Review and was a member and team manager for the Moot Court Board. He was Founder and President of The CUNY Federalist Society and headed the Election Ethics Committee for Student Government. Mr. Lee was nominated for the 2007 Distinguished Bankruptcy Law Student Program by the American Council of Bankruptcy.

Prior to joining the firm in August 2009, Mr. Lee was an Assistant Public Defender in the 25th Judicial District of Tennessee, serving in Lauderdale, Tipton, Fayette, Hardeman, and McNairy counties. He has also worked in corporate communications and change management for International Paper and Regions Bank.
