Mr. Nicoson is a member of the Memphis office whose practice focuses primarily on workers' compensation and general civil litigation.

Prior to law school, Mr. Nocoson worked for a landscape architecture firm in Nashville, Tennessee, where he designed and helped to obtain planning approval for large-scale planned residential and planned commercial developments.

While there, he received numerous awards and represented Brandeis as a member of the National Moot Court team, the National Health Law Moot Court team, and the National Trial Competition team. He was the runner-up in Brandeis' 2007 Pirtle-Washer oral argument competition. Additionally, he was on the University of Louisville Law Review, and his Note, "A Case for Certiorari: Whether Federal Courts Should Consider Sate Law When Admitting State-Collected Electronics Surveillance Evidence," was published in the Winter of 2007 (46 U. Louisville L. Rev. 335).
