John M. Hull regularly provides legal services throughout Georgia and Tennessee.

Since the beginning of his practice of law, and over the course of the past eighteen (18) years, Mr. Hull has focused primarily on the defense of civil tort actions, generally handling a wide array of insurance defense litigation involving personal injuries or property damages.  Mr. Hull also has extensive experience involving subrogation and collection matters, as well as real estate and bankruptcy disputes.

Summary judgment obtained for a grocery store in a case where plaintiff was seeking $1.5 million for boxes falling on her causing personal injuries.

Summary judgment obtained for a general contractor in a suit seeking damages for the collapse of a retaining wall.

Defense verdict for a restaurant in an action by a motorist asserting an obstructed view was created by the restaurant's garbage dumpster.
