Mr. Wolfe is a Knoxville, Tennessee native who started with the firm in 2003.  His practice focuses on product liability, construction, premises liability, transportation, employment law and workers' compensation defense.  Mr. Wolfe has successfully tried jury trials to verdict at both the State and Federal level in addition to successfully trying multiple workers' compensation matters.  Additionally, Mr. Wolfe has successfully briefed and argued before Tennessee's Appellate Courts and the Tennessee Workers' Compensation Panel.  He is currently licensed in both Tennessee and Kentucky.

Secured dismissal of serious personal injury claim against road construction contractor and sustained the dismissal of claim at the Court of Appeals;

In a case of first impression, successfully defended restaurant against a first party dram shop action by securing dismissal of the claim at the trial court level and at the Tennessee Court of Appeals;
