Mr. Wolfe's practice focuses on product liability, construction, premises liability, and workers' compensation defense.  Mr. Wolfe has succesfully tried jury trials to verdict at both the State and Federal level in addition to sucessfully trying multiple workers' compensation matters.  Additionally, Mr. Wolfe has sucessfully briefed and argued before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and Tennessee Workers' Compensation Panel.

Sucessfully defended dismissal of first party dram shop case at the Tennessee Court of Appeals

Sat second chair during week long product liablitiy jury trial in Federal Court and obtained defense verdict on behalf of client.

First chair in state jury trial which resulted in defense verdict for client.

Multiple workers' compensation trials.

Regular motions practice in State and Federal Court.

Regular mediation of tort and workers' compensation matters.

Recently secured appellate victory in case of first impression for restauranteur in a first party dram shop case.  Montgomery v. Kali Orexi, LLC, et al., No. E2008-01207-COA-R3-CV, 2009 WL 837711 (Tenn.Ct.App. March 27, 2009).
