Mike has substantial litigation and trial experience with motor vehicle accidents (personal and commercial), premises liability matters and workers' compensation claims. He has worked with a broad array of individuals, insurers, businesses and national corporations, and currently serves as regional counsel for a Fortune 100 company for all of its tort related matters.

Mike has significant experience with a broad range of tort claims from low impact, soft tissue matters to complex personal injury matters, including wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims.  Mike practices in both Tennessee and Georgia. He is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, for which he serves on its Board of Examiners, and the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization.
