Mr. Vincent primarily dedicates his practice to civil litigation and appeals in Tennessee State and Federal Courts.  Mr. Vincent has trial and litigation experience representing individuals, businesses, and national corporations in a broad array of areas of the law, including product liability, professional liability, premises liability, insurance coverage and defense, workers' compensation, and general litigation and appeals.
