Mr. Conner has practiced with the firm since 1992 and has been a Member of the firm since 1997.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of workers' compensation and general liability defense, including an emphasis on toxic exposure claims.  He lectures frequently on workers' compensation issues in Tennessee. He became a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator with the Tennessee Supreme Court in 2007.

Mr. Conner defends cases in many areas of general civil litigation, with a concentration in defense of workers' compensation toxic exposure claims. 

He currently represents a large government contractor with multiple exposure claims.
