LAW STUDENTS

Leitner, Williams, Dooley and Napolitan, PLLC is an equal opportunity employer who seeks to hire qualified individuals from all walks of life. We have offices in Chattanooga, Nashville, Knoxville and Memphis.

The success of our firm over the past 140+ years -- and our continued success --is dependent upon the quality of our attorneys and their ability and motivation to work diligently, effectively, and cohesively in service to the client. Consequently, we are interested in hiring students who have shown intelligence and motivation through academic excellence; who have shown a willingness and a desire to participate in noteworthy extra-curricular activities; and who are well-rounded, honorable, and enjoyable.

DIVERSITY

Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan, PLLC is committed to attracting, hiring, retaining, and promoting the best legal talent, who are as diverse as the clients we serve and the communities in which we live and work. The strength and success of our law firm requires the inclusion of people with different insights and experiences, which results in more creative and innovative solutions to our client's legal and business challenges. We strive to achieve this by integrating diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout our firm's processes, policies, practices, departments and programming. Some of these strategic efforts include offering diversity clerkships in each office, contributing toward diversity scholarships in our communities, and supporting local, state, and national affinity bar associations that promote mentorship, leadership, and promotion of diverse lawyers and staff.

TRANSPARENCY IN COVERAGE RULE

UHC Health insurers must make certain health care price information publicly available in downloadable machine-readable files beginning July 1, 2022. We’ve uploaded large, machine-readable files to be sure we’re compliant with the requirement, including in-network negotiated rates and historical payments to out-of-network providers and their billed charges.
