Leitner, Williams Welcomes Four Attorneys Across the State

Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan, PLLC is pleased to welcome four attorneys to the firm from across the state.
Evan Vineyard is an associate in the firm's Chattanooga office, and is a native of Summertown, Tennessee. He primarily focuses his practice in general civil defense litigation. He attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville for his undergraduate studies majoring in Political Science and History. He went on to attend law school at Belmont University College of Law where he served as the Vice President of the Health Law Society, and received a Health Law certificate, along with his Juris Doctorate.
Larry Cheng is an associate in the firm's Nashville office and primarily focuses his practice in general civil litigation. Larry received his J.D. from Belmont University College of Law in 2018. At Belmont, he served as the Notes Editor for the Belmont Law Review. Larry was also a member of Belmont College of Law's Board of Advocates where he served as a Division Captain for the L. Edward Bryant National Health Law Transactional Moot Court Competition Team. During law school, Larry had the opportunity to serve as an intern in the chambers of the Honorable Chief Justice Jeffrey S. Bivins of the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Darren Smith is an associate also located in the firm's Nashville office and primarily focuses his practice on general civil litigation. Before attending law school, Mr. Smith graduated from the University of Kentucky with Departmental Honors in History. Mr. Smith then received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2016. While in law school, he served as a senior staffer on the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, & Natural Resources Law and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Copyright Law.
Chris Sherman is an associate in the firm's Knoxville office and splits his practice between civil litigation and estate planning. After completing his Juris Doctorate, Chris obtained a Masters of the Laws in Estate Planning, gaining significant specialized knowledge in estate planning, including the drafting of complex trusts, and related areas, such as business formation and business succession planning. Over the last eight years of practice Chris has also practiced extensively in civil litigation, including probate litigation, fiduciary litigation, and insurance defense such as motor vehicle accidents and workers' compensation.
