LWDN Super Lawyers and Rising Stars announced by Mid-South Super Lawyer Magazine!

The law firm of Leitner, Williams, Dooley and Napolitan, PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorneys Paul R. Leitner and William E. Godbold, III have been selected as Mid-South Super Lawyers according to Super Lawyers magazine. Mr. Andrew Pippenger and Mr. Sean W. Martin have been named Mid-South Rising Stars.

Mr. Leitner was selected as a Mid-South Super Lawyer in the Personal Injury Defense: Products Liability category. Mr. Godbold was selected as a Mid-South Super Lawyer in the Personal Injury Defense: Medical Malpractice category. Candidates are evaluated by a panel of peers in their primary practice areas and selected through a multi-step process. Ballots were mailed to attorneys in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.

Mr. Paul R. Leitner is the Senior Member of the firm. Mr. Leitner has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Who’s Who in America. Mr. Leitner has been named a Fellow of the American Bar Association and he has also been elected a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Mr. William E. Godbold’s professional and honorary memberships include the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, International Association of Defense Counsel; Defense Research Institute (Drug and Medical Device Committee); the Chattanooga, Tennessee and American (Member, Sections on Litigation, Tort and Insurance Practice) Bar Associations, the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association and the Federal Bar Association. Mr. Godbold has been named a Fellow of the Chattanooga Bar Foundation.

The Rising Stars listing in Mid-South Super Lawyers magazine included M. Andrew Pippenger and Sean W. Martin of our firm. Mr. Pippenger was listed as a rising star in the Construction/ Surety category and Mr. Martin was listed in the Business Litigation category.

Mr. Pippenger’s practice emphasizes construction law, employment law and general commercial litigation. Seminars which Mr. Pippenger has presented include "Mechanics' Lien Law and Strategies in Tennessee" and “Solving Water Intrusion and Mold Problems in Tennessee”.

Mr. Martin specializes in Business litigation, construction law, professional liability and transportation law. He regularly presents seminars and writes articles on litigation, transportation and construction issues. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Georgia.
