Mr. Overstreet is a Member in the firms Memphis office. He concentrates his practice in general civil litigation and insurance defense, with an emphasis on construction law and product liability. He has experience in a wide spectrum of cases involving trial and appellate practice in both Tennessee State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Overstreet received his B.A. (magna cum laude) at the University of Alabama in 1991 and his Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) at the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2002.
He is a member of the American, Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations.
