Jay M. Atkins is the attorney based in our Oxford office. Born in Corinth, Mississippi, Mr. Atkins received both a B.A. in Economics and his J.D. from the University of Memphis. His practice areas include Construction litigation, Trucking liability, Premises liability, Workers’ Compensation defense, and General Civil Liability defense. Mr. Atkins is a member of the Mississippi, Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations.
