Brad is the Managing Member of the firm, and an Equity Member with 24+ years of multi-state and federal litigation and arbitration experience for clients in various areas, including construction litigation, transportation, products liability, employment, insurance disputes, and professional errors and omissions claims. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for Construction Law and Products Liability Litigation. He has an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell and is a Rule 31 Listed Mediator.

Human and Brooks v. Ron Woody, et al.: Roane Circuit Court, Kingston, TN: Preserved summary dismissal on appeal in favor of county employee sued for wrongful termination for alleged whistleblower related claims.
Estate of Eimers v. Reynolds Fence & Guardrail, Inc.: United States District Court, Eastern Division, Chattanooga, TN: Obtained summary judgment in favor of guardrail installer in a wrongful death case where 17-year-old collided with interstate guardrail end terminal.
Sloat v. Hewlett Packard Enterprises: United States District Court, Eastern Division, Chattanooga, TN: Defense verdict where a 60-year-old highly compensated former employee filed a whistleblower and age discrimination case.
Norris Bros. Excavating v. Southern Pipe & Supply, et. al: United States District Court, Eastern Division, Greeneville, TN: Successful defense of construction product supplier seeking damages exceeding $1M for damages from alleged faulty gaskets for Anniston, AL sewer project. Judgment limited to contract price for the sale of products of approximately $5K and prevailed on Third Party Claim for indemnity against the manufacturer to cover entire judgment.
