Bio
Mr. Foster is an associate in the firm's Knoxville office. Originally from New York, Mr. Foster relocated to Oak Ridge, Tennessee, during his formative years. He pursued his undergraduate studies at East Tennessee State University, earning a B.B.A. in Legal Management with minors in environmental and legal studies. Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University - Duncan School of Law.
While in law school, he served as the Chief Justice of the LMU Moot Court program and as president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Prior to joining the firm, he completed internships as a law clerk at the corporate headquarters of Regal Cinemas with their in-house counsels and at Brezina Law, PLLC.
