LWDN Welcomes Five Attorneys Across the State

Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan, PLLC is pleased to announce attorneys Nelson T. Rainey, Jamie A. Leaver, James W. “Will” Fuller IV, William M. Leech, and Jennifer Dobbins Franklyn have joined their statewide offices.
Mr. Rainey is located in the firm’s Memphis office. He has extensive experience as a litigator in the field of family law, healthcare liability, and real title. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2016. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Rainey was an enlisted member of the armed services and is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. He received his B.A. from the University of Mississippi in 2009.
Ms. Leaver is located in the firm’s Nashville office. Jamie completed her undergraduate at the University of Dayton and obtained her J.D. from Belmont University, where she graduated in the top 20% of her class. Her practice focuses on general civil defense.
Mr. Fuller is also located in the firm’s Nashville office. He graduated from Lipscomb University and went on to receive his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2018. His practice focuses on general civil defense.
William M. Leech is located in the firm’s Chattanooga office. He is a native of Santa Fe, Tennessee and attended Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, where he studied history. In 2008, Will attended law school at the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in Memphis, Tennessee graduating in 2011 with his Juris Doctor. His practice focuses on general civil defense.
Jennifer Dobbins Franklyn is an associate located in the firm's Knoxville office. Jennifer is a Knoxville native and completed her undergraduate education at the University of Tennessee and received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Her practice focuses on general civil defense.
