Attorney Kate M. Patton Named Member of the Firm

The firm is pleased to announce that attorney Kate M. Patton has been named a Member of the firm.

Ms. Patton is located in the firm’s Nashville office and her practice focuses on the area of insurance defense, specializing in workers’ compensation claims. Throughout her practice, Kate has assisted in the litigation of hundreds of Workers’ Compensation claims from their inception through trial and appellate levels. Kate earned her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University, in May of 2016, and was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in November of that year. She received her bachelor’s degree from Xavier University, with a B.A. in History and a minor in Political Science.

She is a member of the ALFAI Workers’ Compensation Practice Group, ALFAI Future Leaders, Lawyers’ Association for Woman – Marion Griffin Chapter, Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations, and Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.
