The Firm Welcomes Yanez, Lewis and Bowen

The law firm of Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan, PLLC is pleased to announce that attorneys Azarius J. “Zack” Yanez, Mickala J. Lewis and Stefanie M. Bowen have joined the firm.
Zack Yanez joined the firm’s Chattanooga office as an associate and concentrates his practice on construction defect, commercial, and professional liability litigation. He has represented clients in a wide variety of contract and tort claims, including, breach of contract, violations of the standard of care, violations of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act, and wrongful death claims. Mr. Yanez attended St. John Vianney College Seminary for his undergraduate studies and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2017. Zack is a member of the Tennessee and Chattanooga bar associations. He is licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
Mickala J. Lewis also joined the Chattanooga office and focuses her practice on general civil defense litigation. Originally from Anniston, Alabama, she attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham for her undergraduate studies, where she obtained a degree in psychology. She graduated from Cumberland School of Law with her Juris Doctor. While in law school, she was a Research and Writing Editor on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for a personal injury firm and interned for Judge R. David Proctor, a district judge for the Northern District of Alabama. She is licensed to practice in Alabama and is pending Tennessee admission.
Stefanie M. Bowen joined the firm’s Knoxville office, and her practice focuses on general liability, insurance coverage and defense, and workers’ compensation law. Originally from Kingsport, Tennessee, she attended the University of Tennessee for her undergraduate studies, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in political science. She graduated from Lincoln Memorial University with her Juris Doctor. While in law school, she served as editor-in-chief of the LMU Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, she interned for Judge Suzanne Bauknight in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and Judge Katie Crytzer, a district judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee. She is licensed to practice in Tennessee.
