Mr. Gill's practice emphasizes personal injury defense, nursing home defense, insurance defense, as well as insurance coverage issues.  He likewise is involved in estate planning and probate.  He has been involved in a number of trials, including two long-term care malpractice cases and has been involved in over 16 appellate decisions.
